Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Jakarta is seeking an energetic Solution Consultant to bridge between resellers, partners and end-users, covering multiple locations in the region. You will guide pre-sales and post-sales activities, lead solution design, demonstrations, POCs, enablement, deployment, and training, while collaborating with VARs and customers to map requirements and deliver value.

The role demands strong communication, project management, and vendor relationship skills, with experience in IT

Qualifications

• 3+ years vendor/distributor experience or otherwise 5+ years in solution-driven Reseller.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, storage, data security, and virtualization.
• Strong communication, written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage projects and drive solutions with partners and end-users.
• Experience with vendor solutions (e.g. HPE, Morpheus, Zerto, alletra, simplivity, storeonce, scality, Ezmeral).
• Proven negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Team player with a strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Consulting & Technical Support services with VARs and customers.
• Organize enablement activities: trainings, webinars, workshops, seminars for resellers and customers.
• Analyze customer enquiries and map/develop solutions.
• Conduct technical discussions understanding customer workflow and pain points.
• Identify outcomes and drive productivity improvements.
• Deliver training courses and mentoring sessions for solution sets.
• Present products to resellers/customers/tradeshows and at webinars.
• Provide project support for customer projects (billable).
• Support Vendor topics for Business Unit staff.
• Publish benchmarks and write product-specific articles.
