Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking a Technical Consultant in Jakarta to design, implement, and optimize our solutions within customer environments. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, working with partners, delivery teams, and pre-sales to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires strong consulting skills, customer-facing delivery, and deep knowledge of integration across CRM, middleware, and telecom platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in telecom / contact center / enterprise application implementation.
• Strong hands-on with Java or .NET and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to translate business requirements into technical solution architectures.
• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle including configuration, deployment, and go-live.
• Provide technical inputs to pre-sales, demos, and solution positioning.
• Diagnose issues, optimize performance, and maintain production readiness.
• Collaborate with client IT, business teams, and vendors on delivery.
