Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Indonesia is looking for a Junior Support Specialist (or Support Specialist based on experience) to join our Jakarta team. You will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with product teams to deliver end-to-end resolutions across the globe.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to work across time zones, with occasional travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Java and/or .NET.
• Familiar with Windows and Linux ecosystems.
• Experience with Tomcat and IIS web/application servers.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JS.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Able to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues.
• Understanding of contact center & telephony concepts (AVAYA, GENESYS, CISCO, AWS Connect) is a plus.
• Experience supporting CTI/IVR/PBX or agent desktop applications is a plus.
• Previous production support in contact center environment preferred.
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for Company products.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems.
• Analyze logs and diagnose issues; guide users through features.
• Coordinate with product developers and support Lead.
• Communicate effectively to build trust with clients.
• Possible travel to customer sites worldwide.
• Coordinate with onsite engineers and conduct remote sessions.
• Adapt to global time zones and extended work hours.
