Job summary

PT Global Solusindo Kompudata is seeking an IT Solutions Pre-Sales Consultant in Jakarta. You will engage with enterprise customers, understand requirements, and present technical solutions across servers, cloud, and networking domains.

Responsibilities include conducting demonstrations, preparing proposals, and supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Strong communication, English proficiency, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Good understanding of general IT concept

Server and cloud concepts

Software applications and system integration

Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies and solutions independently.

Able to understand technical documentation, product manuals, and solution architecture.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Able to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and basic technical workshops.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Able to work with customers during both pre-sales and post-sales stages.

Willing to undergo training and obtain professional certifications provided by solution principals/vendors.

Good written and spoken English, particularly for understanding technical documentation and attending vendor training.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, technical support, implementation, or pre-sales.
• Experience dealing directly with enterprise or business customers.
• Familiarity with technologies such as networking, servers, endpoint management, cybersecurity, cloud, virtualization, printing solutions, or enterprise software.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, solution presentations, diagrams, or Proof of Concept environments.
• Previous vendor certifications are an advantage.
• Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, or system integrators is a plus.
