Job summary

Xquisite AI in Jakarta is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge client needs and technical delivery. This on-site/hybrid role supports presales, discovery, and hands-on delivery with our AI-enabled tooling across Azure, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and other platforms.

You will gather business requirements, craft solution scopes, and collaborate with engineering to translate pain points into actionable proposals, staying engaged through delivery to ensure alignment with scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or technical delivery role (data/AI, cloud, or enterprise software background preferred)
• Strong communication skills; translate business language into technical requirements and vice versa
• Comfortable working with technical/engineering teams on solution design and delivery
• Experience with cloud providers (Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS or GCP)
• Client-facing experience, ideally in a B2B or enterprise environment
• Strong interest in AI, data analytics, or enterprise software solutions
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• Fluent English communication with clients and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand business challenges, workflows, and technical requirements
• Use AI tools to speed up discovery synthesis, proposal drafting, and solution scoping
• Translate client pain points into clear solution proposals and technical scopes
• Collaborate with delivery/engineering teams to design and implement solutions that match client needs
• Presales activities include: discovery meetings, solution demos, proposal development, and pricing input
• Stay engaged through the delivery phase to ensure the proposed solution is executed as scoped
• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to cloud reselling conversations (Azure/Alibaba/AWS) where relevant to client solutions

Role Description:

The Solution Consultant at Xquisite AI is a full-time, on-site/hybrid, AI-enabled role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. We're looking for a Solutions Consultant who can bridge the gap between customer needs and technical execution, someone equally comfortable uncovering a client's business pain points during presales and working hands-on with our technical team to deliver the right solution, end-to-end. This role requires being genuinely AI-enabled: comfortable using AI tools daily to accelerate discovery, proposal writing, technical scoping, and delivery work. Not just consulting on AI as a subject matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand business challenges, workflows, and technical requirements


• Use AI tools (e.g., LLM copilots, AI-assisted research/drafting, code/data assistants) to speed up discovery synthesis, proposal drafting, and solution scoping


• Translate customer pain points into clear solution proposals and technical scopes


• Collaborate with delivery/engineering teams to design and implement solutions that match client needs


• Presales activities include: discovery meetings, solution demos, proposal development, and pricing input. Leveraging AI to prepare faster and more thoroughly


• Stay engaged through the delivery phase to ensure the proposed solution is executed as scoped


• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle


• Contribute to cloud reselling conversations (Azure/Alibaba/AWS) where relevant to client solutions

Requirements

• Experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or technical delivery role (data/AI, cloud, or enterprise software background preferred)


• Strong communication skills. Able to translate business language into technical requirements and vice versa


• Comfortable working directly with technical/engineering teams on solution design and delivery


• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Alibaba Cloud or Tencent cloud or AWS or GCP


• Client-facing experience, ideally in a B2B or enterprise environment


• Candidates should have strong interest in AI, data analytics, or enterprise software solutions.


• Candidates should demonstrate a collaborative mindset, adaptability in a fast-changing environment


• Comfortable to communicate in English (client and internal comm).

Nice to Have

• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, retail or banking and finance.


• Prior experience owning both the \"sell\" and \"deliver\" sides of a project.


• Experience in AI and data analytics.


• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems).
