Artefact is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead AI-driven transformation projects, shaping data, technology, and business strategies for clients. You will leverage consulting expertise and a strong interest in AI to bridge business needs with technical possibilities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define client challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and deliver high-impact AI, data engineering, and digital innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full-time, client-facing consulting experience within technology, digital, or data projects.
• Experience at leading or recognized consulting firms is highly desirable.
• Strong interest in AI applications, machine learning, automation, or data strategy with practical project exposure.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, tech, engineering, data science or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of consulting methodologies and project management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define client needs and project scopes through workshops and diagnostics with stakeholders.
• Lead AI-related consulting projects, including AI adoption strategies and data roadmaps.
• Perform advanced analysis to solve strategic challenges around AI deployment and process automation.

About the Role

As a Consulting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading AI-driven transformation projects for our clients, shaping their data, technology, and business strategies.

You will leverage your consulting expertise and strong interest in AI to deliver impactful solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technological possibilities.

Working closely with cross-functional project teams, you will be at the forefront of defining client challenges, developing strategic recommendations, and delivering high-impact initiatives involving AI, data engineering, and digital innovation.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Define client needs and project scopes through workshops, interviews, and diagnostics with business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead and deliver AI-related consulting projects, including AI adoption strategies, data science application roadmaps, and operational transformations.
• Perform advanced research and structured analysis to solve strategic challenges, particularly around AI deployment, data-driven innovation, and process automation.
• Formulate and present strategic recommendations backed by data insights, AI applications, and business analysis.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying client challenges and translating them into concrete consulting proposals.
• Collaborate with AI experts, data scientists, and engineers to ensure pragmatic and scalable client solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership on AI, data transformation, and digital innovation through articles, research papers, and client-facing publications.

Competences & Skills

• 5-10 years of full-time, client-facing consulting experience (preferably with exposure to technology, digital, or data-driven projects).
• Prior experience working at a leading consulting firm (e.g., top-tier or recognized boutique consulting firms) is highly desirable.
• Strong interest in AI applications, machine learning, automation, or data strategy - practical project experience in these areas is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of consulting methodologies and project management best practices.
• Ability to structure problems, perform advanced business analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent intercultural communication skills and experience working with diverse teams across industries.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and ambiguity typical of AI and emerging technology engagements.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with AI/ML concepts and/or data environments (SQL, Python basics) is a plus.
