Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is seeking a Project Coordinator for a multinational renewable energy company based in Jakarta. The role focuses on solar PV system design, feasibility studies, and tender support across electrical, mechanical, and civil aspects.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, EPC contractors, and external consultants to optimize system performance and prepare technical documentation for proposals and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in solar PV development, EPC projects, or renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, configurations, and optimization.
• Proficiency with PVsyst or similar PV simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and detailed solar PV system designs in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Evaluate PV components (modules, inverters, mounting, BESS) to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, suppliers, and partners on design inputs and specs.
• Support feasibility studies, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
• Prepare technical sections for proposals and translate complex data into clear presentations.
• Provide technical due diligence and monitor regulatory developments for solar projects.
