Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, a leading executive recruitment firm, seeks a Project Finance Manager for multiple roles across Indonesian cities. You will oversee budgeting, cash flow, cost control, and financial governance on large infrastructure and energy projects.

You will work with EPC, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure discipline and compliance across the project lifecycle, delivering robust financial insights and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, project finance, financial controls, or project accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial, supervisory, or leadership capacity.
• Experience in EPC, infrastructure, construction, power, energy, or capital-intensive projects advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, cash flow requirements, funding forecasts, and financial reporting across projects.
• Monitor expenditures against budgets, identify financial risks, cost overruns, and mitigation opportunities.
• Review and control payments to contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Verify payment documentation, milestones, invoices, tax docs, and approvals prior to payment processing.
• Collaborate with Project, Procurement, Commercial, Contract Management, and EPC teams for alignment of financial and operational activities.
• Develop and maintain project financial models, forecasts, and cost tracking mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and governance requirements.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses on project performance and cash flow.
• Support project funding, financial planning, and decision-making with accurate insights.
• Participate in project reviews and provide recommendations to improve financial controls.
