Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer/Developer.
• Strong understanding of OOP, API, version control, and basic testing.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Comfortable using AI tools in development workflow and teaching.
• Experience as a mentor, trainer, TA, or education content creator valued.
• Familiarity with cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure) or basic DevOps valued.
• Portfolio of projects or open-source contributions valued.
• Good public speaking and class facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and update software engineering curriculum according to current industry needs.
• Teach interactive class sessions — live coding, case studies, and project-based learning.
• Guide participants in completing capstone projects and provide constructive code reviews.
• Evaluate participant learning progress with clear, motivating feedback.
• Collaborate with curriculum team to integrate AI tools into teaching and learning.
