• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer/Developer.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Comfortable using AI tools in development workflow and teaching.
• Experience as a mentor, trainer, TA, or education content creator valued.
• Familiarity with cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure) or basic DevOps valued.
• Portfolio of projects or open-source contributions valued.
• Good public speaking and class facilitation skills.

This is an instructor role focused on designing and delivering software engineering education. You will create and update curriculum covering software development, back-end/front-end technologies, databases, and version control in line with current industry needs. You will teach interactive classes using live coding, case studies, and project-based learning approaches, guide participants through capstone projects with constructive code reviews, and evaluate learning progress with clear and motivating feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update software engineering curriculum (software development, back-end/front-end, database, version control, etc.) according to current industry needs
• Teach interactive class sessions — live coding, case studies, and project-based learning
• Guide participants in completing capstone projects and provide constructive code reviews
• Evaluate participant learning progress and provide clear and motivating feedback
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to integrate AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) into the teaching and learning process
• Maintain teaching quality through class evaluation and regular material improvement
• Serve as a mentor and role model for participant learning enthusiasm

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent (strong experience can substitute for formal requirements)
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer/Developer (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
• Understanding of basic software engineering concepts: OOP, API, version control, basic testing
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple and easy-to-understand ways
• Comfortable with or open to using AI tools in development workflow and teaching
• Previous experience as a mentor, trainer, teaching assistant, or technology education content creator (valued)
