• Proven experience supporting software renewals, compliance activities, audits, or procurement processes in an enterprise environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret software contracts, license terms, and usage metrics.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage software licensing across Beca.
• Maintain software asset management systems and records.
• Coordinate the end-to-end software license lifecycle.
• Support financial and demand planning by forecasting license requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external software audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software asset management practices.
