Shopee in Bangkok seeks an Experienced Business Development and Partnerships professional to drive seller growth, onboarding optimization, and overall seller satisfaction within our Fulfillment/Booking ecosystem.

You will track core metrics, engage directly with sellers to capture pain points, and coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Product, and Customer Service to implement improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Formación

• 2–4+ years of experience in project management, seller operations, account management, or business operations.
• Strong analytical mindset to diagnose operational pain points and build mitigation plans.
• Excellent communication to engage with external sellers and internal partners.
• Comfortable with data to track metrics, build reports, and guide decisions.
• High ownership, proactive attitude in a fast-growing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive seller growth and experience by leading strategic initiatives for onboarding and satisfaction.
• Define, monitor, and report core operational metrics for continuous improvements.
• Engage with sellers to gather feedback on FBS and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Product and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Identify gaps in fulfillment processes and translate feedback into actions.
