You’ll collaborate with the marketing team, stay on trend, and grow with real-time opportunities while maintaining consistency across proxy accounts.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for Threads proxy accounts aligned with brand tone and objectives.
• Develop engaging Threads (storytelling, opinion-based, or educational content) to drive conversations and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and key messaging.
• Research daily trends, viral topics, and audience behavior to optimize performance.
• Execute content according to the marketing calendar and real-time opportunities (trend hijacking).
• Monitor engagement (comments, shares, saves) and interact with the audience when needed.
• Analyze content performance (views, engagement, growth) and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure consistency in posting and content quality across all proxy accounts.
• Support experimentation with new content formats to drive growth.
