About the role

PT Collaborative Integrated Solutions is seeking a creative and strategically-minded Social Media & Content professional to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy whilst creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. You will be instrumental in building our brand presence across digital platforms and driving engagement with our community.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Threads and emerging channels
• Creating, curating and publishing engaging content including written posts, graphics, videos and multimedia assets tailored to each platform
• Managing daily social media operations including community engagement, monitoring conversations and responding to audience inquiries
• Analysing social media performance metrics and providing regular reports on reach, engagement, conversion rates and ROI
• Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, sales and product development to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
• Identifying trending topics and industry news relevant to our audience and creating timely, relevant content
• Managing social media campaigns from conception through execution and optimisation
• Building and nurturing online communities through authentic engagement and relationship building
• Staying current with social media best practices, algorithm changes and emerging platforms

What we’re looking for

• Fresh graduates are welcome, any major
• Strong creative writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns
• Strong visual communication skills and familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
• Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, best practices and platform-specific content requirements
• Strong organisational and project management abilities with capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also demonstrating independent initiative and creative thinking
• Knowledge of content management systems and experience with video content creation is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
