Job summary

Sacred Cacao in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a hands-on Social Media Coordinator to manage daily activities across our brands. You will schedule, publish, engage with communities, and help execute campaigns while monitoring performance.

Collaborate with the Marketing Supervisor to maintain a lively social presence, create short-form video content, adapt formats to trends, and report on key metrics. Experience in FMCG or consumer brands is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Fluent with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Experience creating and managing content calendars.
• Able to produce short-form video content and basic editing.
• Understand social media trends and formats.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Good understanding of social media trends and content formats.
• Experience creating and managing content calendars.
• Comfortable creating and editing short-form video/Reels.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media advertising.
• Good communication and community management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work with deadlines and manage multiple content requirements.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage.
