Job summary

RpDana by Lumbung Dana Indonesia is seeking a Social Media Specialist to develop and execute the company’s online presence in Indonesia. You will drive engagement, grow followers, and increase brand awareness across platforms while collaborating with the marketing and design teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in social media or digital marketing, with strong analytics, storytelling, and video editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy.
• Achieve engagement targets, follower growth, and increased brand awareness.
• Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms.
• Write and edit posts, create graphics, and edit videos for social media campaigns.
• Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions from followers.
• Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media campaigns with the overall marketing strategy.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and developments to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
• Assist and report any work to the Head.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field,
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or communications,
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.),
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer,
• Photography and video editing skills,
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM,
• Excellent writing skills, including the ability to create engaging and informative content,
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team,
• Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas for social media campaigns,
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively,
• Ability to adapt to changing social media trends and algorithms,
• Detail oriented, accurate, well organized, and able to work with target.
