• Develop and execute daily and weekly social media content aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions tailored to each platform's audience and communication style.
• Manage daily social media community interactions by responding promptly to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions.
• Monitor and analyze key social media performance metrics, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), and follower growth.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, audience behavior, and platform algorithm updates to ensure social media strategies remain relevant and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
