Job summary

The Lift Bali is seeking a creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to strengthen our online presence and support growth. The role combines content creation, social media management, and marketing support across Bali and regular travel to Amed.

Ideal candidates are in Bali, have experience with social media, Canva, CapCut, and are passionate about fitness. Competitive salary, gym access, and staff perks are offered.

The Lift is seeking a creative, motivated, and proactive Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to strengthen our online presence and support the continued growth of The Lift Bali. This hands-on role combines content creation, social media management, community engagement, and marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content, including stories, reels, and posts
• Capture and edit photo and video content at the gym, classes, and events
• Manage messages, comments, reviews, and online community engagement
• Maintain a structured content calendar and consistent brand presence
• Support marketing campaigns for memberships, personal training, classes, events, and promotions
• Coordinate content and marketing activities with staff and management
• Monitor social media performance and develop ideas to improve reach and engagement

About you

• Living in Bali and willing to travel to Amed regularly
• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation
• Confident creating and editing photo and video content
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, CapCut, and similar tools
• Creative, organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Portfolio or examples of previous work are required
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or an active lifestyle is preferred
