We seek a Social Media Growth Specialist in Jakarta to drive data-driven growth, perform analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reach and engagement across all channels.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and monitoring social media performance.
• Analyze metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Proficient in Fanpage Karma, Brand24, Looker Studio, and native analytics.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor industry trends and platform updates.
• Provide insights to Creative & Production teams on content performance.
• Collaborate with Community and Creative Production teams to support growth initiatives.
• Identify and approach potential brands, communities, and partners for collaboration.
• Monitor brand mentions, audience sentiment, and community feedback via social listening.
• Support and guide Social Media Admins for consistent execution across channels.
• Develop growth recommendations based on audience insights and performance data.
