Job summary

PT Transcosmos Indonesia seeks a Social Media Officer to manage brand accounts across platforms, craft content, and align editorial calendars with marketing goals.

The role requires 1-2 years in social media or digital marketing, strong analytics, and English proficiency. You will coordinate with KOLs and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and paid advertising.
• Experience in content planning and social media analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with KOLs and external partners.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to speak English.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content based on the content calendar.
• Develop content plans and editorial calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance.

• Coordinate and communicate with KOLs for marketing campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate KOL campaigns, including campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication across digital channels.
