Job summary

PT Kraton Teknologi Indonesia invites a seasoned Social Media Content Producer to drive our online presence. You will own the content strategy, oversee end-to-end production, and publish compelling visuals across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Collaborating with Marketing, E-commerce, and Product teams, you will analyze trends and performance to optimize engagement and conversions while leading calendars and timelines to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in social media content production or digital marketing.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Strong cross-department collaboration and project management.
• Proven experience in content strategy and end-to-end production.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro or CapCut or equivalents.
• Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement.

• Experience in baby care, skincare, beauty, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
