Job summary

PT Nusaraya TalentLink Indonesia is seeking a Social Media & Content Creator Lead to develop and execute social media strategies, lead a creative team, and manage digital content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

The ideal candidate will craft content plans, calendars, campaigns; oversee production and analytics; and apply storytelling skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Photoshop to deliver consistent brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Broadcasting, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience leading or managing creative or social media teams.

This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, leading a creative team, and managing digital content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategy for the company
• Lead the Social Media & Content Creator team
• Determine content concepts and direction aligned with brand identity
• Oversee content production and publication processes
• Analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports
• Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and conversion
• Ensure all content meets quality and consistency standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Broadcasting, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or related roles
• Experience leading or managing creative or social media teams
• Portfolio of content and social media work to demonstrate
• Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms strategy and management
• Ability to create social media strategies, content plans, content calendars, and campaigns
• Creative skills in content concepts, storytelling, scripting, captions, and campaign development
• Knowledge of photo and video production processes and editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, or similar software
• Understanding of social media analytics and ability to analyse content performance based on KPIs
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Active awareness of social media trends and digital content developments
• Experience in travel, hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries (preferred)
