Job summary

PT Quiksilver Indonesia seeks a creative designer to conceptualise and develop SMU apparel, accessories and graphics for Made for Outlet (MFO) and destination products targeting Australia and New Zealand. You will translate briefs into commercial concepts while upholding brand DNA and margin targets.

Based in Bali, you will produce presentations and line plans for customer meetings, balancing creativity with business objectives and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and experience with garment / accessories construction is advantageous.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and support team objectives to meet deadlines.
Strong team player with a solid work ethic, flexible approach and willingness to support others.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with sound judgement and decision-making capability.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant systems and tools, including email, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, PLM System.

Design SMU apparel, accessories and graphics across multiple brands and categories.
Design Made for outlet Products Seasonally.
Design Destination products for Australia and New Zealand Market.
Translate customer briefs into commercially relevant product concepts while maintaining each brand’s DNA.
Design with a focus on targeted price points, categories, and silhouettes, adhering to margin requirements.
Produce concept presentations, artwork and visual line plans for customer meetings.
Balance creativity with commercial objectives including price architecture and margin targets.
Research market, trend and competitor activity to inform SMU ranges.
Ensure all Designs are shared for ABG review and Approval.

KEY DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES

Design SMU apparel, accessories and graphics across multiple brands and categories.
Design Made for outlet Products Seasonally
Design Destination products for Australia and New Zealand Market
Translate customer briefs into commercially relevant product concepts while maintaining each brand’s DNA.
Design with a focus on targeted price points, categories, and silhouettes, adhering to margin requirements.
Produce concept presentations, artwork and visual line plans for customer meetings.
Balance creativity with commercial objectives including price architecture and margin targets.
Research market, trend and competitor activity to inform SMU ranges.
Ensure all Designs are shared for ABG review and Approval.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION

1-2 years experience in a similar role.
