Time International in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Retail Leader to guide boutique teams, drive exceptional customer service, and oversee daily store operations within a luxury retail environment.

You will develop talent, manage inventory, optimize sales, and ensure product excellence across premium brands. Strong communication, adaptability, and hands-on leadership are essential to deliver world-class shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable academy or university.
• Proven experience in retail sales, with increasing levels of responsibility and a solid understanding of retail operations.
• Strong leadership & coaching skills – ability to inspire, direct, and develop a motivated team.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and build strong customer relationships.
• Flexibility & adaptability – willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Tech-savvy & proficient in English – ability to handle retail systems and communicate effectively.

• Ensure Product Excellence – Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, and product functionality to uphold the brand’s reputation.
