PT Link Net Tbk invites final-year students or fresh graduates to join our internship program supporting customer onboarding and Work Order processes. You will monitor progress, coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Technician, Permit teams, and customers to ensure onboarding runs smoothly.

You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets while maintaining accurate records, following up on outstanding requirements, and assisting administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily Work Order progress to ensure onboarding runs smoothly and on time.
• Coordinate with Sales Team, Regional Supervisor/Inspector, Dispatch, Technician, Permit Teams, and customers to support onboarding.
• Assist in delivering Work Orders to Sales Active stage by coordinating with teams and following up on requirements.
• Maintain and update Work Order progress records for accuracy.
• Support administrative activities and documentation related to customer onboarding and Work Order management.

• Monitor daily Work Order progress to ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly and according to the established timeline.
• Coordinate and communicate with the Sales Team, Regional Supervisor/Inspector, Dispatch Team, Technician Team, Permit Team, and customers to support the customer onboarding process.
• Assist in delivering Work Orders to the Sales Active stage by coordinating with relevant teams and following up on outstanding requirements.
• Maintain and update Work Order progress records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Support administrative activities and documentation related to customer onboarding and Work Order management.

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Communication Studies, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proactive and able to monitor work progress, follow up on pending tasks, and coordinate effectively with multiple teams and customers.
