Job summary

PT Link Net Tbk in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a proactive intern to support field canvassing for SMB customers of Link Net’s business internet services. You will collect prospect data, introduce products, qualify leads, and report daily activities.

Bachelor’s in Management, Business, Marketing or related field preferred; strong communication, detail orientation, and willingness to visit client locations are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and persuasive when engaging prospects.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to maintain accurate prospect records.
• Comfortable with fieldwork/canvassing and visiting business locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field canvassing to identify and approach SMB customers.
• Collect and maintain prospect information and business needs.
• Introduce Link Net’s business internet offerings tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct initial follow-ups, qualify leads, and handover to Sales.
• Prepare daily canvassing reports and update records in the monitoring system.

Job description

• Conduct field canvassing activities to identify and approach potential Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers who may need Link Net’s business internet services.

• Collect and maintain prospect information, including business details, PIC/contact information, and customer needs.

• Introduce and explain Link Net’s business internet products and services to potential customers based on their business needs.

• Conduct initial follow-ups with interested prospects, qualify potential leads, and handover qualified leads to the Sales team for further processing.

• Prepare daily canvassing reports and ensure prospect data and activity records are accurately updated in the designated monitoring system.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach and interact with new people.

• Confident, proactive, and persuasive when communicating with potential customers.

• Detail‑oriented and able to maintain accurate prospect data and activity reports.

• Comfortable with fieldwork/canvassing and willing to visit business locations in designated areas.
