• Assist the Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales team in preparing, organizing, and archiving FAB (Subscription Application Form) documents and other supporting sales documents
• Monitor and track the status of new customer sales processes, ensuring relevant information is updated accurately and regularly
• Maintain and organize customer and sales-related data to support accurate and timely administrative processes
• Support the Sales team with other administrative tasks and documentation related to the customer acquisition process

• Able to manage administrative tasks in a timely manner and willing to learn about sales processes
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with the Sales team
