Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced leader to drive scalable seller onboarding and activation in Indonesia, shaping onboarding strategies across clusters and boosting GMV. You will partner with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to improve self-serve experiences, design interventions, and optimize Robocall/AI outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-Commerce operations, seller/account management, growth, or product-operations in a marketplace or high-growth internet business.
• Experience leading a book of managed sellers on a marketplace and designing scalable processes.
• Proven ability to manage BPO/vendor workforce, SLAs, ramp plans and multi-vendor comparisons.
• Strong analytical skills and habit of translating cohort/cluster views into weekly moves.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for Indonesia sellers and regional partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable acquisition and activation of high-quality sellers, improving self-serve experiences.
• Define and execute incubation strategy across clusters with quarterly targets and roadmaps.
• Own Basic Seller performance metrics and drive interventions to maximize GMV and adoption.
• Manage BPO operations, capacity plans, and agent ramp for the targeted book.
• Improve responsiveness KPIs, including first-response time under 30 minutes and 2-way weekly touchpoints.
• Lead Robocall/AI-hosted outreach programs and measure connected rates and consent flows.
• Oversee Seller Mission operating model, including portfolio design and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with Product, Ads, Campaign, Growth, and Mission teams to push platform initiatives.
• Report monthly on DAGMV, adoption, responsiveness, and NPS to leadership.
