JJ PROMOTION seeks a SITE SUPERVISOR / PENGAWAS KONSTRUKSI & PELAKSANA SIPIL to oversee fabrication, installation, and dismantling of signage. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and deadlines while enforcing safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of field experience in civil/steel construction and the ability to read AutoCAD/shop drawings. Responsibilities include coordinating crews, inspecting workmanship, and maintaining daily progress reports.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of welding, painting, steel/iron structures, and basic electrical work.

SITE SUPERVISOR / PENGAWAS KONSTRUKSI & PELAKSANA SIPIL

Responsible for overseeing the implementation of fabrication, installation, maintenance, and dismantling work for signage to ensure compliance with work drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, target timelines, and applicable occupational safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

Oversee work execution in both workshop and project locations

Ensure work is carried out according to work drawings and technical instructions from Engineer/Drafter

Ensure material usage complies with established specifications

Oversee fabrication, assembly, welding, painting, electrical installation, and signage installation processes

Conduct quality inspections at each stage of production and installation

Identify work non-conformities and provide corrective actions in the field

Monitor daily work progress according to established schedules

Coordinate workforce to ensure work runs effectively and efficiently

Ensure all workers use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to regulations

Oversee implementation of occupational safety procedures in workshop and installation locations

About you

Minimum education: D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years experience as Site Supervisor, Civil Executor, or Field Supervisor (experience in signage/steel construction/advertising is a plus)

Able to read and understand technical drawings/work drawings (AutoCAD/Shop Drawing)

Understanding of welding techniques, painting, steel/iron structure assembly, and basic electrical installation

Understanding of occupational safety and health (K3) standards in construction

Leadership qualities, assertiveness, and communication skills in directing workers/craftsmen in the field

Experienced in creating daily reports and project progress documentation

Able to work under pressure and target-oriented

Honest, disciplined, and responsible

Possess personal vehicle and driving license (SIM C/A)
