JJ PROMOTION seeks a SITE SUPERVISOR / PENGAWAS KONSTRUKSI & PELAKSANA SIPIL to oversee fabrication, installation, and dismantling of signage. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and deadlines while enforcing safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of field experience in civil/steel construction and the ability to read AutoCAD/shop drawings. Responsibilities include coordinating crews, inspecting workmanship, and maintaining daily progress reports.

Qualifikationen

• Able to read and understand technical drawings/work drawings (AutoCAD/Shop Drawing).
• Knowledge of welding, painting, steel/iron structures, and basic electrical work.
• Familiar with occupational safety standards (K3) in construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and field coordination skills.
• Experience documenting daily reports and project progress.

Aufgaben

• Oversee fabrication, installation, and site work at workshop and project locations.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specs, and engineer instructions.
• Monitor material usage and compliance with specifications.
• Supervise welding, painting, electrical installation, and signage assembly.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Track progress and coordinate workforce to meet schedules.
• Enforce PPE use and occupational safety procedures on site.
