Job summary

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi in Bali is seeking a site-based draftsman to produce civil, structural and architectural shop drawings from the site office. You report to the Site Supervisor CSA and will be part of the execution team that owns its drawings.

Responsibilities include producing shop drawings, keeping a clean drawing register, revising drawings on change, producing as-built drawings, supporting quantity take-offs, and coordinating with MEP drafters to flag clashes before construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a drafter on building projects.
• Able to read consultant drawings and convert to buildable details.
• Willing to work on site at the project location.

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings for structure, masonry, waterproofing, finishing and architectural details from consultant drawings.
• Keep the drawing register clean: every drawing indexed, revision controlled and dated.
• Revise drawings quickly when site conditions or design change and withdraw superseded versions from site the same day.
• Produce as built drawings from survey and site data.
• Support the supervisor with quantity take offs and material calculations.
• Coordinate drawings with MEP drafters and flag clashes before they reach the concrete.
