Job summary

PT. CSCEC International Indonesia is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed in accordance with project specifications.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to keep activities on schedule and within quality and safety standards. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 3 years on large-scale projects, valid Indonesian PE certification, and fluency in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Holds a valid Indonesian Professional Engineer Registration (SKK/SKA or relevant Professional Engineer Certification).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in Data Center projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare construction reports, work schedules, and technical documentation.
• Resolve technical issues arising on site.
• Coordinate with local authorities and relevant external parties when required.
