Job summary

Otazen is seeking a meticulous Site Quality Control professional to join our on-site team for interior fit-out projects. You will inspect and verify installation quality, ensuring conformity to approved drawings, specifications, and standards before handing over to clients.

The role requires a background in furniture or construction QC and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors and project staff. Ideal candidates hold a civil/architectural/interior degree, 2–4 years of QC experience, and

Qualifications

D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
2–4 years of QC experience in interior fit-out, furniture, or construction.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.
Solid understanding of furniture and interior fit-out construction methods and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and good communication across project teams.

Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections at each installation stage against drawings and specs.
Identify defects and ensure timely corrective actions by site team or subcontractors.
Maintain inspection checklists, quality reports, and defect lists for each area.
Verify incoming materials match approved specs before installation.
Coordinate with Site Manager and Technical team to resolve issues and confirm rework is complete.
Conduct final on-site inspection and prepare punch lists prior to handover.
Document quality evidence for project records and client handover.
