Job summary

PT. PMA ASTRA GROUP MANAGEMENT in Bali seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily construction operations on a Bali project, coordinating workers, subcontractors, material delivery, and schedules to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in site management, strong knowledge of construction processes, good English, and be on-site daily to ensure quality and proper handovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar site management role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Ability to plan, monitor progress and report using basic tools.
• Responsible, punctual, proactive and organized on site.
• Capable of supervising multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of the construction site.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Manage work schedule and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure quality standards are followed.
• Take daily and report project progress.
• Assist in handovers and quantity verification.
• Collaborate with procurement for material requests and tracking.
• Maintain attendance logs, equipment records, and site docs.
• Report regularly to the Project Manager.
