PT Tradecorp Indonesia is seeking a Site Manager in Timika, Central Papua, to lead site management and ensure the Project Execution Plan and Subcontract Plan meet project purposes and company guidelines.
You will develop the site organization and manpower loading plan, coordinate with Project Manager, oversee mobilization, procurement, and subcontractor interfaces, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Responsible for development of the key documents of the Site management- Project Execution Plan and Subcontract Plan, where both of plan must be developed efficiently and meet with the project purposes. SM must ensure all both plans have complied with the project requirement and company's guideline (procedure, WI and Form).
Responsible in development of the site team (organization) included manpower loading plan. Both organization and manpower loading plan have to in-line with the construction execution plan and project execution plan.
Responsible in compliance with the project regulation for engineering, procurement, construction, safety and quality and ensure all project regulation working integrated and managing properly.
Responsible for development of the work pack construction plan include mobilization schedule and developing of the responsibility matrix for each work pack and liaison with the others party/ department.
Collaboration with Project Manager in terms of managing project activities safely, meet project quality plan and specification, in-timely manner and within budget.
Managing construction Interface with the subcontractor, client and other department and ensure communication with the party happens properly.
Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management and workforce allocation, to ensure effective execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications.
Foster a positive work environment, providing leadership, guidance and support to the team and encouraging productivity.
Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts during construction, implementing appropriate solutions and escalating when necessary
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Site Manager in construction, preferably container or building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, modular/container fabrication, and installation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.
Highly adaptable to the environment, extreme weather, and local culture.
Willing to be placed in Timika, Central Papua
