You will organize foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitor progress, coordinate with Project Manager and site team, and prepare daily to monthly progress reports to keep the project on track.
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong leadership and project management capabilities to manage and oversee the implementation of construction work in the field. The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring that project work runs according to target timeline, quality, cost, technical specifications, work methods, and occupational safety standards established by the company.
Coordinate and oversee all construction work implementation activities in the field.
Ensure work is carried out according to working drawings, technical specifications, work methods, and project schedule.
Organize and coordinate workforce, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Control work progress and ensure achievement of targets according to the established schedule.
Create and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, Supervisor, QC, Safety, Procurement, and related departments.
Check material requirements, work tools, and workforce to support work continuity.
Oversee material usage and ensure work is carried out effectively to minimize waste and rework.
Coordinate and evaluate subcontractor work.
Identify technical and non-technical problems in the field and determine appropriate corrective actions.
Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in construction, with experience in positions such as Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, Construction Engineer, or similar positions.
Experience as a Site Manager is an added value.
Understand construction project implementation processes from preparation to completion stage.
Able to read and understand working drawings/shop drawings and technical specifications.
Understand construction work execution methods.
Capable of monitoring and controlling work progress.
Understand basics of quality, time, cost, and project productivity control.
Understand subcontractor and supplier work coordination.
