Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our heavy industry client in Kalimantan. The role focuses on HR operations, site-based recruitment, industrial relations, and compliance across remote project locations.

You will oversee policies, training, performance, and succession planning, coordinate with HQ in Jakarta, and ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and mining regulations. Strong HRIS and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in psychology or law or human resources management.
• 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in mining or mining contractor.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, including Law No. 13/2003 (Job Creation Law), and mining-related OHS regulations.
• Extensive experience in HR operations: recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, labor relations, training, and performance management.
• Familiar with mine scheduling systems and on-site personnel management.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Excel; ability to manage large employee databases.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
• A BNSP HR Manager certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• HR operations & administration across employee database, attendance, leaves, contracts, and transfers.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and government coordination.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for project/site-based roles.
• Ensure HR compliance with policies, SOPs, and mining/OHS regulations.
• Coordinate training needs analysis and development programs.
• Support performance, talent, and succession planning.
• Provide on-site HR support at remote/project sites; liaise with Jakarta HQ.
