Job summary

PT PRIESMA MITRA JAYA is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead daily HR activities, ensure policy compliance, and support labor relations across the Jakarta Head Office and mining sites.

The role requires 5+ years in HR management, a bachelor’s degree, Mandarin ability, and willingness to travel to the mining site in South Kalimantan; hybrid work with potential halftime in Jakarta is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Labor & Social Security, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in large-scale enterprises (>1000 employees).
• Strong recruitment and workforce management experience.
• Willing to travel and work partly at the mining site in South Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Handle employee relations, resolve labor-related complaints, and support dispute resolution and arbitration processes.
• Develop, review, and improve compensation structures, incentive programs, and performance evaluations systems.
• Manage end-to-end HR functions within the department, including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee management.
• Coordinate and collaborate with both Jakarta Head Office and the mining site HR teams to ensure consistent HR policies and practices.
