Job summary

KLES INDO JAYA is seeking an experienced HR/GA and administration leader to drive people, processes and compliance across our Indonesian sites. You will supervise 30+ technical or site-based employees, manage employment contracts and BPJS administration, attendance, overtime and employee relations with a focus on reliability and fairness.

Strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills are essential, as is proficiency in English and MS Excel for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in HR/GA or administration
• 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience managing 30+ technical or site-based employees
• Experience with employment contracts and BPJS administration
• Strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills
• Working proficiency in English
