Job summary

PT ISS INDONESIA (Bintaro) is seeking an experienced Site Security Head to lead security operations at a Batam site. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and risk management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in security leadership, fluent English, and a proven track record in coordinating with clients, developing security plans, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Site Security Head or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with root-cause analysis abilities.
• Proficient in computer applications, especially for presentations and reports.
• Must possess a valid Gada Utama certification and an active KTA.
• First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Key Account Manager and supervise operational functions at the site.
• Ensure site performance meets service contract and Quality Design requirements.
• Control and manage operating costs to meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare work plans, site analyses, and monthly reports for the client.
• Provide updates on site conditions to the supervisor and client.
• Manage SLA compliance and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Coach site officers and develop operational systems and resources.
