Job summary

PT ULUWATU BANGUNAN INDAH di Bali membuka posisi Site Engineer yang bertugas mengawasi gambar kerja dan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi vila mewah. Kandidat harus memiliki kemampuan koordinasi yang kuat, komunikasi efektif dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, serta siap bekerja sesuai jadwal proyek.

Kandidat harus memiliki gelar S1 Teknik Sipil dan minimal 5 tahun pengalaman serupa, dengan keahlian AutoCAD dan kemampuan membuat/merevisi shop drawings serta menggabungkan gambar arsitektur, struktur,

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana Teknik Sipil diutamakan.
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Site Engineer, pengalaman pada konstruksi vila mewah menjadi nilai tambah.
• Mahir AutoCAD, mampu menyiapkan dan merevisi shop drawings.
• Mampu menumpuk gambar Arsitektur, Struktur, dan MEP serta mengidentifikasi tabrakan/ketidaksesuaian.

Site Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position as a Site Engineer, with luxury villas construction is a plus
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to prepare and revise shop drawings.
• Able to superimpose Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
• Able to identify clashes, discrepancies, and missing information between drawings.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site conditions.
• Good communication skill & able to communicate in Indonesia and English
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Required to work flexible hours to suit project requirements
• Willing to be placed in Pecatu, Uluwatu – Bali area (near Pura Uluwatu)
• Bali domicile is preferred
