Job summary

PT Eat Management Group in Bali seeks an experienced Site Construction Manager – Quality Control & Site Execution to represent the owner on site and ensure work is completed correctly and in the right sequence.

Your daily duties include inspecting workmanship, coordinating trades, and following up with contractors until issues are resolved. You will report to the Owner/Director and work closely with the project team, consultants and contractor supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must read architectural, structural and MEP drawings to identify discrepancies on site.
• Practical knowledge of construction sequencing and defect correction.
• Confidence in holding contractors accountable and following issues through.
• Clear communication and availability for full-time site work in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Walk the site daily to inspect workmanship and materials against drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate contractors and trades with daily commitments and two-week work plan.
• Verify readiness of drawings, materials, labour, access before activities begin.
• Coordinate inspections before concrete pours and critical finishes.
• Document defects, set correction dates and verify corrections on site.
• Identify drawing clashes and sequencing problems early and escalate when needed.
• Provide concise updates on progress, quality and decisions required.
• Identify unsafe conditions promptly.

Site Construction Manager – Quality Control & Site Execution

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on construction professional to represent the owner on site and make sure work is completed correctly and in the right sequence.

Your main responsibility is daily site execution: inspecting workmanship, coordinating trades and following up with contractors until issues are physically resolved. You’ll report to the Owner/Director and work closely with the project team, consultants and contractor supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Walk the site daily and check workmanship and materials against approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate contractors and trades using clear daily commitments and a practical two-week work plan.
• Check that drawings, materials, labour, access and preceding work are ready before activities begin.
• Coordinate inspections before concrete pours, concealed work and critical finishes proceed.
• Document defects, agree correction dates and physically verify the completed corrections.
• Identify drawing clashes, missing information and sequencing problems early, and upscale issues that need a decision.
• Verify actual site progress and provide concise updates on quality, progress and decisions needed.

Design changes and technical approvals remain with the appointed engineers and consultants. Contractors remain responsible for carrying out their work.
