Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Site Civil Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee civil construction activities at project sites in Indonesia. You will verify contractor compliance with drawings, specs, and ITP, monitor progress, manage safety, and report daily on site status to the Project Coordinator.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, with strong attention to quality, safety, and timely delivery across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, site supervision, or construction management.
• Experience supervising contractors from Owner's or Consultant's side is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Knowledge of civil construction methods including earthworks, foundations, concrete, structural works, drainage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD and Primavera P6 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor civil construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Verify contractor execution complies with project requirements and escalate non-compliance.
• Identify discrepancies, deviations, and potential construction risks; escalate changes to the Project Coordinator.
• Verify progress against the approved project schedule; monitor manpower, equipment, productivity, and work fronts.
• Prepare daily site reports and weekly progress updates; maintain records for dashboards.
• Monitor HSE compliance; verify completion of works and close-out punch-list items; support handover activities.
