Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Site Civil Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee civil construction activities at project sites in Indonesia. You will verify contractor compliance with drawings, specs, and ITP, monitor progress, manage safety, and report daily on site status to the Project Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, site supervision, or construction management.
• Experience supervising contractors from Owner's or Consultant's side is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Knowledge of civil construction methods including earthworks, foundations, concrete, structural works, drainage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD and Primavera P6 are advantageous.

Education*** Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.**2. Work Experience*** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, site supervision, or construction management.* Experience in building, industrial, infrastructure, or other relevant construction projects.* Experience in supervising contractors from the Owner's or Consultant's side is preferred.**3. Technical Competencies*** Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.* Knowledge of civil construction methods, including earthworks, foundations, concrete works, structural works, masonry, roads, and drainage.* Understanding of construction quality inspection, material testing, and non-conformance management.* Ability to monitor physical progress and compare actual performance against approved construction schedules.* Familiarity with construction safety requirements and applicable quality standards.* Ability to identify construction deviations, technical issues, and potential schedule delays.**4. Reporting and Computer Skills*** Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard reporting tools.* Ability to prepare daily site reports, weekly progress reports, inspection records, and photographic documentation.* Ability to maintain issue registers and monitor corrective actions.* Familiarity with AutoCAD for drawing review is preferred.* Familiarity with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is an advantage.**5.
