JAPFA is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage construction projects across civil, mechanical, and electrical interfaces. You will monitor schedules, review contractor plans, and coordinate site teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance. Strong communication and data-reporting skills are essential.

Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required with English preferred. Applicants should have a bachelor’s in a related engineering field, 5–8 years’ experience, and familiarity with PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/related engineering discipline.
• PM/construction management certs are a plus.
• 5–8 years in construction/project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor overall project progress against Level 1 and detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate interfaces across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical disciplines.
• Review contractor schedules, look-ahead plans, milestones, and recovery plans.
• Manage site coordination with Site Civil/M&E Supervisors and other personnel.
• Prepare consolidated project status reports and dashboards.
