Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple disciplines and contractors
• Proficient with scheduling and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall project progress against schedules and milestones
• Coordinate site activities across civil, M&E, structural, architectural, and mechanical disciplines
• Monitor contractor performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality and HSE
• Review drawings, specs, QA/QC plans, and manage QA/QC issues on site
• Prepare consolidated progress reports and dashboards for management
• Support cost, risk, and change management with proper documentation and escalation
