Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Site Civil Supervisor to oversee civil construction activities at project sites in Indonesia. You will verify drawings, specifications, and method statements, ensuring contractor work aligns with project requirements and ITPs.

You will identify deviations, escalate risks, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the Project Coordinator. The role requires 3–5 years of civil construction supervision experience, strong documenting and reporting skills, and proficiency in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with high integrity and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

Monitor civil construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Verify contractor execution complies with project requirements.
Identify discrepancies, deviations, and potential construction risks; escalate as needed.
Report deviations and recommend corrective actions to the Project Coordinator.
Verify progress against the approved project schedule; monitor manpower and equipment.
Witness and verify inspections and tests per the ITP; record defects and track corrective actions.
Prepare daily site reports and weekly progress updates; maintain records and dashboards.
Monitor HSE compliance and verify completion of works and punch-list items.
