Samudera Indonesia is seeking a proactive Freight Forwarding Sales professional in Surabaya to develop and manage air freight activities, identify new customers, and negotiate rates and contracts. You will build lasting client relationships and analyze market trends to support sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in air freight sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Basic understanding of MK3L (HSE) practices is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
