Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Marketing & Sales professional to join its logistics and shipping operations in Surabaya. You will collect market data, engage with customers, and support marketing content in a fast-growing, global company.

The role requires a bachelor degree, at least 1 year in Sales/Marketing, and strong English communication skills. Preference for candidates with shipping or forwarding industry experience.

Formación

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Collect and analyze market data to support development of sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide information, and assess customer needs.
• Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Implement the Integrated Management System and manage risk documentation in the relevant department.
• Support information security controls to protect company information assets.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.

• Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Must have experience in Sales Marketing field min. 1 (one) year
• Having 1 year experience in Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping is preferable
• Good communication skills in English both written and spoken
