• Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work according to store hours including potential weekend work.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanour.
• Basic computer literacy is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.

• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are well-organised and clearly priced.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including floors, shelves, and customer areas.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management to ensure adequate supplies.
• Answer customer enquiries about products, pricing, and store policies with professionalism and knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns diplomatically, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Operate the till and manage the cash register, including reconciling daily takings.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Support the team during busy periods and assist colleagues as needed.
